Pros
Great company culture, people are friendly and hardworking. You can tell the company cares about its employees and their success. You can get good feedback on your work, as an intern I was given projects without much supervision which was great to be in charge of my own work to an extent. The people in my department were really nice, they were all friends, and I always felt included despite being part time. It's really a great environment, but also full of people who take their work seriously and love their job.
Cons
Open floor plan made it hard for me to focus at first, I focus better in a quiet setting so that took some getting used to. Because I was part time communication wasn't always the best as far as being in the know on what was going on, but that's an easy fix, you just have to initiate a little more communication.
