      Pros

      Steady work even through the slow times usually. OT available during summer.

      Cons

      Long hours and mandatory OT and Saturdays. Not much growth opportunity

      Pros

      The employees are great to work with at all levels. The medical benefits are pretty good compared to other companies. There is a sense of team work in some departments. The company takes pride in their numbers and has been a successful company for the past several years, and seems like it will continue to grow.

      Cons

      Communication needs work. Too much upper executive turnover; lack of stability and direction.Information from the top down needs to be given so all layers of the organization know what is happening. There needs to be more involvement from senior leadership with the lower level managers and hourly employees.
