      >Good benefits include, medical, paid vacation, several paid holidays, paid education. >Employee's are treated fairly and with respect. >Opportunities to advance to leadership positions.

      >To much turnover in top leadership. >Production floor is noisy with lots of forklift traffic.

      I always have to be busy. This definitely happened while I worked there. It's a fast paced work environment. They use the lean management system.

      A lot of gossip. It's awful.
