Stay away-10 hours a day. Very low pay. High turnover.

Medical coverage is good or low cost. 11 company holidays Clean office environment Free coffee and snack Security check

Cons

Typical Asian company- low to low salary with a lot of unpaid overtime hours. Management plays favoritism and assigns less work and easy work to other people who are Taiwanese. Work from morning to late evening most of the weeks and require working on weekends to answer emails from oversea teams. No extra incentives for overtime work. I personally would not recommend anyone to work in this bureaucratic management. If English is not your barrier, invest your time and youth to other companies for a better future.

Pretty laid back depending on supervisor and role.

Cons

Strict, no phones or headphones on the floor which is annoying. Absolutely no progression, you'll be stuck at your current pay, and no raises either.

Cons

Very fast paced with little support when needed. Colleagues also overworked and expressed it in a very passive-aggressive way daily. Also not a very structured work environment
