Beginner experience with limited chance to move up

Cons

Lowest pay for repair techs. Told there is school accommodation and was refused even though I'm going to school full time online. Management obviously doesn't know how to approach situations and will avoid your problems and questions.

Easy job for the pay. The people are great but lacking technically. It's a great tech job with zero tech experience

Cons

The Management is terrible. Constantly makes the worse decision to make employees life miserable. Very little regard to contractors. Little advancement possibility

Medical coverage is good or low cost. 11 company holidays Clean office environment Free coffee and snack Security check

Cons

Typical Asian company- low to low salary with a lot of unpaid overtime hours. Management plays favoritism and assigns less work and easy work to other people who are Taiwanese. Work from morning to late evening most of the weeks and require working on weekends to answer emails from oversea teams. No extra incentives for overtime work. I personally would not recommend anyone to work in this bureaucratic management. If English is not your barrier, invest your time and youth to other companies for a better future.
