Pros

Overall good work environment, leadership cares about the employees and their families.

Cons

There is no career path for anyone at a staff level, manager and below. The company is growing and wants to mature their processes. If you are hired as a manager or above your pay & bonus is good, however for the rest I cannot say the same. You will have to fight for your right to get what you deserve.

Able to work in some cool places. Good perks while working, access to company vehicles.

Cons

Very very long hours and long rotations. Quite disorganized on projects.
