      good management and approachable bosses.

      Cons

      large salary gap for same position and it priorities Job experience rather than job and performance result aster hiring. same % of increase rather than performance base increase, if not promoted your range will be the same even doe your one of the best. slow promotion, it gives you jobs more than what you hired but still no sign of promotion after years of doing.

      There are some nice people there. Most are stuck due to visa situations or they would move on too.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment. Good old boy network. Upper management seems to delight in rudeness. An overall lousy place to work.
