      Great parties, food and some of the people

      This place is a joke. They have laid off more employees than I can count. The ELT are not great leaders. They do not value their employees, trust them, nor would like to hear what the employee has to say. But yet constantly say we want you to be part of the team—the managers who are in place, need to take a one-on-one HR managing course instead of being a puppet for ELT. Due to the incompetence of knowledge, your manager will throw you under the bus to save their job. I have witnessed more favoritism from this company during my entire working career. Now I can see why the employees only last 2 years. You are either going to leave get fired, or be laid off. Please steer clear from this company, it will suck the life out of you and throw you out like trash.

      Pros

      Just finished the company all hands. We sometimes forget this is a big company that is being transformed. From where we were a year ago, I really feel the impact of all the change. The CPO (Sam Barnett) and CTO (Peter) have made a massive difference to Quantcast in the last year. It must have been hard and I like their view that "although we are much better, we are not done" Much prefer the way we run the business. Transparent and accountable quarterly goals. Pace has significantly increased Culture is changing for the better.

      Tough Q1. We have pockets of negative people.

      Pros

      - good perks/benefits - amazing, intelligent individuals to work with - company initiatives and programs - a warm and inviting culture that you felt a sense of belonging - lots of opportunity for impact and to work autonomously

      Cons

      decisions with upper management. People getting promoted for no reason and constantly reorganizing the company structure (for the worst). During my time there, I've seen new executives in and out within a year. Lacks transparency and communication. People are in the dark with changes/decisions. We get that there are ups and downs within a company and we want to know about it! I'd rather hear the hard truth than have leadership hide them. Bleeding talent. They need to take care of their employees. Give them job stability, future company outlook, improve company morale. Lack of resources to train new managers and new employees
