      Pros

      Quantcast is a great company that strives to make sure its employees enjoy coming to work each day. They constantly evaluate the way they are doing things and try to improve any areas where they feel they might be falling short. Its a company that is open to innovation and is transparent about the why/how of decisions.

      Cons

      Implementing change, while sometimes it can be frustrating especially in the middle, is a great thing in the long run.

      Pros

      Everyone at Quantcast wants to be helpful and make a difference. If you have a question for the CEO, you can ask the CEO. There are no off-limit people and everyone is sociable, particularly every Friday during Beer Cart. There is a beer cart (with wine and food) every Friday from 4 onwards. Whiskey is for Wednesday. Monday has Noah's Bagels for breakfast. The people at Quantcast are really happy to be at Quantcast.

      Cons

      Current office space is reaching limits for company, but that is being rectified this year (2016). Some issues with current space: 1) not enough small conference rooms for impromptu meetings, 2) not enough phone rooms for making recruiting calls, 3) lounge isn't big enough for all employees at once (this is where regular company meetings are held).

      Great culture. People are all extremely intelligent. Easy to work cross departmentally. Free food. The Quantcast advertise solution works.

      Cons

      No reimbursement for health and wellness. No 401K match.
