      * Interesting problems to solve * Lots of data to deal with * Really smart people

      Cons

      * Too many layers of management, territorial managers * Little room for growth * Too much emphasis on hiring people, but not caring about people who are already there * Incompetent people with loud voices get further * Little interest/apprecation for trying out new things

      Corporate Sales - Account Executive

      Pros

      Unique product in the space, highly respected reputation in AdTech, and can climb the ladder of promotions fairly quickly. Great place to close large deals with big brands - and ultimately develop a stellar sales resume.

      Cons

      Compensation is terribly sub-par compared to competitors in our space - both large and small. You sell at quantcast to sell a great product, build a book, and gain promotions. You dont come to sell at Quantcast to make money.

      - all the perks of a start-up - fun location in the city - the employees are smart, energetic, and willing to pitch in

      Cons

      - not as supportive of allowing for remote office work - management in NYC office is disconnected from the reality of Silicon Valley - still haven't gone public
