They don't care about employees

Pros

As this is a startup, it demands a lot of collaboration. it can accelerate your learning and skill development, making it a good place to start your career

Cons

-The workload is outrageously unrealistic. -Employees are completely disregarded when it comes to having a voice within the company. -The flexibility to work from other countries is shockingly inadequate; don't even consider this company if you require any form of flexibility for international work. -They rigidly enforce a mandatory office presence three times per week, and they meticulously monitor your check-ins. What's frustrating is that even when you're in the office, there are no teams like Product Specialists or Engineers available for face-to-face interactions to quickly address concerns, you be alone doing same you could do at home. Additionally, they don't provide free lunches so this makes your day to day more stressful - Work life balance in general is very poor

Pros

Mostly friendly colleagues and are willing to share their knowledge Some teams have great WLB, but client facing roles including client services and analytics aren't so lucky Some great org level diversity and inclusion initiatives led by passionate employees. Constantly playing catchup game with other industry players.

Cons

Extremely high employee turnover rate on all levels: ELT down to entry level. This should be a MAJOR red flag to anyone considering to join. The industry and the company is facing major challenges and uncertainty from larger players. A lot of HR are new (again red flag) and are clueless in retaining talent or understanding the market. The recent years have shifted many of the best employees out and new talent standards have gone down. If you do decide to join after considering all of the above, make sure you negotiate a signing bonus. The stock options offer is worthless (company valuation supposedly actually went down a couple years ago). TC (Total compensation) is below average as a result of this compared to other tech firms.

Lack of direction & morale

Pros

It's sad to point out how often free food has been mentioned as a perk. At Quantcast you get the basic/standard perks of the industry. Central location of the office.

Cons

The Management's strategies are perennially changing and you can feel the concern among employees. Big change in morale over the last months. Very quiet sales floor which can't be a good sign. Lack of opportunities is often mentioned as a concern by people who have been here over a year.
