Development and career progression are not a priority, there's not much investment in employee training or upskilling - you quickly find yourself at a dead end in terms of growth. Constant change - change can be a good thing but not when it seems like the business leaders don't know what they're doing and backtrack constantly. Lack of support - understaffed and unapproachable HR teams and directors, very few actual policies, managers and team members that are too busy, scared or apathetic to help, new employees thrown in the deep end and it's sink or swim. Dublin is a satellite office, not a HQ - the top brass will visit every other office on a quarterly basis and only swing by Dublin once in a blue moon and you can't get very far up the ladder if you aren't in London or SF.

The pay is far below industry standard and it will take you a very long time to to get a miniscule payrise. The company is always asking for feedback but close their ears when it comes to feedback on compensation and continue to lose talent over it. Quantcast's refusal to accept industry standard pay will continue to hinder their progress as their employees realise they can earn far more somewhere else and have no choice but to move if they want to progress financially which is the reason why people work in tech.
