Pros

Great product. It works which makes it an easy sell, free lunches and great training make it a pleasure when getting started.

Cons

There is a large hierarchy when starting out so don't expect a quick promo if you already have tons of experience. There is an extremely high turnover of staff.

Pros

Innovative, growing company with solid senior leadership and smart people overall. Typical tech perks like catered lunches and dinners, stocked kitchens, ping pong and pool tables, nap hammocks, etc.

Cons

Limited opportunity for career advancement, below market base salaries in the Bay Area's absurdly expensive housing market. Great place for someone beginning their career or for senior managers, less so for those that have several years of experience but are not senior management level.

Pros

Internship program is well-managed - a few fun off-sites and good community among co-workers. Work component was excellent. Interns are provided with both a leader/mentor who oversees the project and a sort of "buddy" who provides day-to-day help and camaraderie. Internship was an excellent learning experience, as my mentor put a lot of effort into giving me an achievable but challenging product with real impact - something I could be proud of. Also, free food.

Cons

Quantcast sports fairly decent facilities, but doesn't quite rival the absurdity (read: Odawalla smoothies - I'm looking at you, Google) of creature comforts that one might find at a big-name tech company. Overall, for a ~700-person company, I found the perks provided to be excellent.
