Pros
I would say the best thing about the job were the people and the free food. Also did a couple of trips abroad with the company, which was fun.
Cons
The goals and targets of each team are misaligned even though they're all working towards the same goal i.e. creating value for the shareholder. It's a basic problem that was flagged to management over and over again and nothing was done because managers were so much more interested in their own advancement. I know that there is an element of this in all companies but at Quantcast it really felt as though this would be their undoing. Also, there is very little focus on career advancement and the sales team has one woman and ten men.
