Senior management has a great depth of experience, and is approachable. Quantcast's CEO is world-class. The company has brilliant prospects. Quantcast is a place where you can learn and grow.

      Nothing uncommon for tech start-ups, the hours are long.

      Pros

      Quantcast has some of the most technically competent engineers I have ever worked with. This combined with the engineering driven nature of the company and the near flawless execution of its business objectives, makes Quantcast a phenomenal place to work. It is very unusual to find this level of technical caliber north of Palo Alto. With realtime systems processing upward of 400,000 transactions a second and peak data processing at 5 petabytes a day there is never a dull day at Quantcast.

      Cons

      Being a fairly small company, the standard benefits package and yearly compensation are lacking. Also work hours can be long.
