      Pros

      * Quantcast has done a good job of hiring bright people that are fun to work with. * The company has a lot of energy * Bleeding edge technology is used through out the company, and the company has mastered the ability to use it effectively * The employees are very social * Challenging and interesting technology projects for engineers * Truly has the atmosphere of "building something great"

      Cons

      * Company still has some maturing to do to become "world class" * Benefits are still light, but stock options are still generous. I would expect this to change as revenue grows.

      Pros

      Quantcast is an amazing company to work for. The organization is filled with dedicated, talented and creative employees who are passionate for what they do. Everyone is willing to lend a hand to help you achieve your goals. Communication is really special and you have access to anyone anytime.

      Cons

      There is very little room for improvement. Quantcast is constantly trying to look at new ways to improve the work/life balance.

      Pros

      Everyone working here is exceptionally smart and the company is tackling exceptionally ambitious and difficult problems. Quantcast is a collaborative environment with an amazing management team that really cares about the people that work here.

      Cons

      The team has grown a lot recently and the company could use more space in general. The management team has been doing a much better job of communicating strategy to the company lately, they have shown a lot of improvement in this area.
