      Pros

      -I really respect the management team here. They like to be involved and are very open. -The employees here are really direct and like to get things done, but are always having fun doing it -QC takes really good care of us....Friday funday, food, and there is always some event happening -The technical problems that QC is tackling are amazingly awesome -Casual work environment with lots of laughs

      Cons

      -Not much information is given on growth paths -Not a ton of promotion within (results of a flat org I guess)

      Pros

      Hiring standards are high, factoring in individual maturity & ability to collaborate and problem solve. Core competencies: modeling & data mining on huge data sets, a super fast reliable computing platform, and real time bidding platform. Great, well trained corporate sales force.

      Cons

      Could bt more transparent in information sharing among employees--getting better though. Will need more processes as it scales.
