      Disconnected leadership and poorly executed reorgs = toxic work environment

      Pros

      Snacks, lunch, dinner, social culture, free swag, nice new offices, some smart people

      Cons

      Leadership springs several company wide re-orgs...seems like they don't know what they are doing when they reverse reorg. Sales people are treated like monkeys. Lots of new leaders bring in their friends. Nepotism is very strong here. Have to play the politics to succeed and get promoted

      Violent Re-Orgs to No End

      Pros

      Lots of free food. Ability to have a fairly flexible work structure. Competitive salary when compared to similar tech companies.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a start up. Lack of clarity on anyone's roles and responsibilities, all the way up to senior management. Love to hire from outside and leave current employees stunted.

      Decent technology company, but you'll probably be happier elsewhere.

      Pros

      Good location, great social work environment. All the engineers that work there love to hang out and drink together. They have pool tables and ping-pong. There is decent catered lunch and dinner. The technology is cutting edge. There are a lot of challenges to solve.

      Cons

      The industry is terrible. There is little likelihood that the stock will be worth much. There is very little opportunity for growth professionally. The office is filthy, if you interview there, make sure you get them to take you on a walk around the floor. Also, they only show people the 8th floor when interviewing, which is nicer than the other floor.
