      Pros

      I learned so much here, probably the most out of any other company I have worked for. There were several knowledgeable people and I gained a lot of valuable work experience and knowledge.

      Cons

      They do not value employees and I ended up getting stringed along for years. There were constant excuses when promotion cycles came up and they ended up letting go of most of the team / outsourcing the roles to another country to cut costs.

      A terrible leadership team that is destroying the company. Do yourself a HUGE favor and take your talents somewhere else where it will be appreciated.

      BIG NOPE - STEER CLEAR

      Pros

      A select few individuals are really good at their jobs and help promote a positive work environment. However - they are far and in between. Many of the good ones have already come to their senses and left.

      Cons

      If you are reading this, I'm assuming you're looking into a job here and you are doing your due diligence of assessing the company. Well, good on you and let me tell ya - the recent rash of 1-star reviews are spot on and here's what you can expect. Entering this company is like willingly stepping into a nightmare you never wake up from. It's like diving headfirst into a pool of piranhas while wearing a suit made of meat. If I could turn back time, I wouldn't do it again. You see, this place doesn't just suck the life out of you; it devours your soul. As for the esteemed board of directors, do you even exist? How can you sit idly by while the CEO, CFO, CTO, and the piece de resistance, the completely useless CPO, continue to run this ship into the ground? It's high time you wielded your power and cleansed this cesspool of leadership. Wake up, smell the incompetence, and clean house before this company becomes a cautionary tale in business school textbooks.
