      Pros

      -Some really terrific people work here, by in large Quantcast tends to hire really amazing people that I suspect I'll be friends with for a while. -Interesting product, rather robust

      Cons

      -Depending on what department you're in, I don't recommend it. Managers are ill equipped to train you, and incredibly hands off - to the point where you're regularly wondering were they are. -Contradictory culture/behavior. This is probably due to this being a marketing company, so they market themselves well. Unfortunately, I found things to not be as they seemed. -Too many meetings that don't seem productive -Great lack of transparency

      Pros

      - Love the people, perks and mix of clients you can work with - Advertising comes with having pride for the brands and clients your represent and that definitely happens here - Fun events and beer cart, nice seeing the CEO on the floor and events involved with others - Ability to sit down with an executive, director and head and get 1 on 1 time is amazing

      - Cant hire quality people fast enough

      At this point, nothing comes to mind.

      Cons

      The business is constantly shifting, only to end up right back where it started. For a 19 year old company, the processes are terrible. And the pay? A complete joke.
