Pros

There's free food, snacks, and a lot of tech perks like happy hour, team bonding events, and parties. If you survive, you can learn a lot and move up in your career.

Cons

This was the worst job I've had and a lot of pressure, since the company itself is not doing very well. They're constantly looking to cut costs and people are looking to remove bottom performers by putting them on PIPs or just laying them off altogether. When I was working here, people were laid off due to "poor performance" every few weeks, when in reality it was the training that was insufficient and managers that were inexperienced. Do to the pressure, people are constantly throwing people from other teams under the bus to make sure they're not the ones that are cut. If you have morals and don't throw people from other teams under the bus, you become the next target on the chopping block. Unless you have no choice, I would recommend looking for another role. The low compensation for the years of stress was not worth it.

Pros

My direct manager was beyond amazing! And all of my co-workers were so supportive but sadly thats where it all ended.

Cons

Please read the negative reviews on this page because Quantcast will hire you for your industry knowledge and then simply fire you once they have what they want. This company is only loyal to the people who started there at its beginnings, for everyone else you are not a part of the club. During my short time working here I saw 3 different head of sales in a 5 month period. Leadership is laughable, multiple times I had to explain to one member of senior leadership how certain agencies were structured. Please do yourself the favor know what you are getting into with Quantcast if you want a quick buck do it and use the time to find a job that is actually good.

Pros

- It's a good place to learn and grow for a new grad, as it has mature practices and managers, career development, and mentorship programs are good. - Engineering org calls the shots and doesn't fire people as much so a good place for eng grads - They offer a good base salary, but due to not meeting revenue targets, bonuses are always shortchanged, so negotiate for your base and title when joining - decent in-office perks and flexible time-off policy

Cons

- There is a lot of churn in the executive leadership team, year on year, and that creates instability within the organization, especially in support functions which are under-resourced and over-worked - No plan for IPO at least for the next 2-3 years, company is struggling and bleeding money, so there is a low sense of job security and lots of false promises - Lip service when it comes to diversity, community work, and inclusion - very white male and tech bro kind of management style, recently many female executives have left - Most talented people are seen leaving within a year or two as leadership is not as open to new ways of thinking and being
