      Pros

      Quantcast is a fantastic company to work for. I had a great experience working here - the people are bright, young, driven, and kind. Additionally, there are great perks such as 3 free meals per day, weekly happy hours, and a great culture. The management team at Quantcast is of the highest quality - particularly with recent changes to top management and the new CFO, I have a lot a confidence in the future of Quantcast. I believe that the company has a great vision and is focusing on making the right changes to stay at the top of the industry. In true SF style, the work hours are very reasonable and work-life balance is a top priority.

      Cons

      There were some organizational changes at the company over the past year at all levels - this led to some confusion and decreases in morale on some teams

      Pros

      The people and culture are unbeatable. Good work/life balance is enjoyable. Competitive compensation and good benefits. Great company values, a lot of thought going in everything being done at the company; open culture: visibility and accessibility to management. I've worked at a lot of places in my 10+ year work history and this is one of the best.

      Cons

      No cons. Come ready to roll up your sleeves and work with super smart people.
