      Pros

      There are some great people, with fascinating challenges as the company grows and grows. Quantcast is a profitable growing company with great top-side potential.

      Cons

      The newly imported Amazon culture. A competitive culture is growing to supplant the collaborative one. Pay is on the low side for the industry.

      Pros

      Great product. It works which makes it an easy sell, free lunches and great training make it a pleasure when getting started.

      Cons

      There is a large hierarchy when starting out so don't expect a quick promo if you already have tons of experience. There is an extremely high turnover of staff.

      Pros

      Innovative, growing company with solid senior leadership and smart people overall. Typical tech perks like catered lunches and dinners, stocked kitchens, ping pong and pool tables, nap hammocks, etc.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for career advancement, below market base salaries in the Bay Area's absurdly expensive housing market. Great place for someone beginning their career or for senior managers, less so for those that have several years of experience but are not senior management level.
