      Pros

      Great people here. Product is pretty sophisticated. Not the most difficult sale and selling to marketing people is nice - they get it.

      Cons

      Pay is very basic and incentives are lacking. "Moving Up" in the company isn't always a good thing here. Very little support for sales team from other parts of the company, and you don't get any Quantcast apparel which is frustrating.

      Pros

      -Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner -Cell phone bill is paid for -Happy hour every Friday -Very smart and motivated team members -Quantcast is a "sleeping giant" and on the path to success

      Cons

      - No concern for employee training and development - Micro-managed work environment - Late hours with little to no recognition - No accountability- everyone is quick to point the finger at other teams when something goes wrong

      -Positive and encouraging work environment -Ability to make change happen and see the impact -If you're up for the challenge, there's so much to learn -I'm proud to work for Konrad -Mmmm lunch and snacks!

      Cons

      -Moves quickly, which is great, until you're overworked and under-resourced -Things aren't always transparent, and inside knowledge is container to a small, select circle -HR is pretty old school, and prioritizes paperwork over innovative benefits and career development found in most tech firms
