      - Dynamic organisation - if you have good ideas people will listen, regardless of whether they are related to your functional area or not - Relatively small company, flat hierarchies, can get things done quickly - Good work life balance - Supportive culture - people will help you if you ask - Great mix of people - smart, usually enthusiastic, some eccentric, some with great humour. Much more varied and interesting than your average financial institution.

      Pros

      Working in Quantifi was a great experience. I was involved in interesting projects straight from the beginning of my employment there and I learned a useful skills that helped me with my career. Everyone in Quantifi is really knowledgeable and willing to assist me with any difficulties I had.

      Cons

      Need more people in the support team to help with the workload.
