1. An excellent team in Sydney. People are very friendly and willing to help. 2. Encouraging environment. Having the opportunity to explore the use of technology and research. Getting exposed to different aspects of the quantitative finance world. Having learnt quite a lot. 3. Flexible management. Very relaxed working environment.
