1. Less experienced people in the company. 2. Bad allocation of work to individuals- Work allocation is random most of the time, a person working on Cloud sometimes has to work as a full-stack engineer. 3. The company (strength- 1200+) now has 70% freshers and 30% other senior people out of which only 10-15% are actually better at doing something. 4. Worst HR management- Some senior HRs don't reply to hangout chats and there is much procrastination when they are supposed to help the Candidates. They only work when you tag some higher authority in the mail chain which definitely gives a bad impression. 5. The OnShore (Boston) team is full of people who don't do anything, most of them call themselves data science consultants/Engineers but they try to act as managers when allocated to a project. They don't understand that we already have a Manager in the project and they should focus on work. 6. Most of the HRs keep on boasting about infosec and compliance but they hardly follow or take anything seriously. 7. No normalization in the salary- The company does not give salary hikes based on your performance but they give it by looking from which college you've joined them.
