      Pros

      A friendly environment in the company and among the people. A high chance of growth as an individual person in such environment

      Cons

      It is very far away from my home town. Though the colleagues here can become more of a family later on.

      Pros

      Key benefit of working at Quantiphi is that you will always find someone who is willing to out of their way to help you. The opportunities offered here are quite unique, for technical and personal development. Freedom of thought and expression makes it easy to fit in.

      Cons

      Work life balance is a bit difficult to maintain, not impossible though. But I guess if you want to get ahead of the herd you need to put in the time and effort. There are a few weeks here and there when work is light

      Pros

      Currently working with Quantiphi. I assume all the pros written here is either by the management or is being written after the session taken to write good about the organisation. Well, the good thing about the company is - u get free snacks everyday, u dont have to worry about the in time, ..i dnt find anymore good

      Cons

      The company is purely for people who dnt have a family staying in mumbai, who dnt have social life. The HR team here is lame -No coordination between themself. The organisation is about very few liked and fav ppl (The butterflies). company is just focusing on hiring new ppl and increasing the strength(not caring abt the existing).
