      Pros

      They say learning but they use the learning card to suck the life out of you

      Cons

      1. You will wake up everyday fearing termination because they look for invalid reasons to ask you to leave 2. They say they are flexible but will fire you if spend less time in office. Nobody including HR knows what the hybrid policy actually says. 3. Kiss your mental health goodbye with the workload, politics and extremely toxic work culture 4. The leaders are overgrown children who got promoted to top positions way too early in life. They kill hopes and dreams of a young workforce with manipulation and politics. The cherry on top is a clueless HR team who dont know what they are doing

      1. Good brand name in the market. 2. Clients and projects are interesting. 3. Good learning opportunities if you are self-driven.

      Cons

      1. Extremely poor work-life balance. Expect to work 11–12 hours daily without any appreciation. 2. Toxic project management and weak leadership. 3. Performance evaluation is highly biased and inconsistent. 4. HR is not supportive and mostly sides with management. 5. They make candidates to put papers by harassing. 6. PIP process is used as a formality before termination rather than genuine improvement. I have seen many such cases, nearly 7 to 8 within a month.
