Pay, aflac for contractors, dedicated customers

Cons

Nickle and dime mentality. Whole team of "safety" folks watch the eld and they have a violation system they enforce on ya. Always threaten to lock you out of dispatch for not doing safety training online. Stuff that doesn't matter for owner operators like building maintance.

Pros

Great working environment, with positive and supportive peers. Dispatchers protect and look out for the well-being of their employees. Hours maybe long, but you are not rushed or forced to slow down if there is work to be done.

Cons

When it is slow, it is slow. Personnel that does not handle the day to day is often left not knowing the process and promises more than is available.
