Once the merge with Quantix happened, I was made to feel insignificant. I offered honest insight on how the depart could grow and change with new leadership and was made to believe I was part of a new department that would grow. I quickly was back in limbo with no guidance on my future and the only conversation with my manager left me feeling like I was simply lead on to believe I had a role with Quantix. It was clear I was used to gain certain insight and admin level access to systems and then Laid Off with no warning or reason why. To top it off, my manager at the time wasn't even the person to tell me this and never reached out to send me off.
I hope other have a better experience because I was shocked about how poorly I, and my co-worker, were handled.
