Truckers not allowing you to do your job always trying to fight you and get you fired. Management will always side with truckers even if you are right. Not a career stressful drama favoritism on and on Short term only not a career Just stay save yourself the time or it will be wasted. Headache and injury Unfair treatment

Very easy Flexible Lower management does care about you

Cons

Upper management does not care about you. You can work 5 hours or 16 hours, no overtime you are salary. Very little communication; everyone seems to have a "not my job" mentality.
