Poor communication between the dispatch teams and the drivers. I've recently had two dispatchers working on the same load with both dispatchers giving me conflicting instructions. As an otr driver, there will be times where no one is available or just went answer their phones after 1700. The company's equipment and maintenance could be better. I've ran with a faulty dpf sensor for months just so that I don't have to either 1) switch trucks multiple times, 2) be out of the truck not making any money for an indefinite period of time. Payroll discrepancies happen weekly. Work- life balance as a trucker can always be tricky, but Quantix makes it worse.
