Customers come first, followed closely by employees. Amazing culture.
Pros
Exceptional opportunities to grow if you are willing to contribute, comfortable with change and have a desire to make a difference. True dedication from leadership to preserve the best aspects of the QH culture as we grow and evolve. Also a recognition from leadership that while there are many positive and award-winning aspects to the culture, there is still room for improvement and this company develops action plans to address natural changes that occur with the fast-track growth we are experiencing. Truly a family feeling and camaraderie among our teams, flexible dress code, healthy respect for fun and an understanding that customers and members come first, followed closely by employees. Unbelievable range of free food and beverages and on-site gym. Easy parking, nice location. Private company with some unique perks. Incentivize employees to be problem-solvers and recognize talent. You are doing something that can make a significant difference in healthcare.
Cons
Those who are a good cultural fit will do well and thrive. If you aren't a good fit, it will be painfully obvious to all. Still growing and evolving, so traditional and expected processes or support may not be in place or even seen as a gap. Rapidly changing business structure and market space. Majority of resources and structure historically focused on the operations and clinical side of the business- which is 90% of the employee population- but can feel awkward at times for those not in that part of the business. See above comment- it is exhilarating to work somewhere that is so successful and full of growth, but it truthfully can be exhausting when we need more resources or don't have a clear process or process owner in place. (Still a good problem to have I think!)
