Pros

Wonderful coworkers and meaningful work, but there’s not much else that was positive about working for Quantum Health.

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent due to the sheer amount of work required to be successful in the role. Leadership is severely lacking and often dismissive. Salary was laughable considering the demands of the job and the travel requirements. The company has been going downhill for quite some time and recently nosedived.

-Free Snacks and competitive Pay

Cons

-No Growth opportunities.. overall there's not much growth, it's very misled. The growth there is.. you have to be a managers favorite.. it doesn't matter if you're good at your job or not. Business has zero transparency with its staff and constantly realigns and shifts it's focuses due to having a tenuous grasp on what's going on in reality.

Remote work available, campus snacks and drinks, fun annual party

Cons

Disorganized, constant shuffling around teams arbitrarily, overly aggressive deadlines, virtually no career path, lack of consideration for people generally. Recently laid off half of IT to replace them with offshore contractors, likely will remove the other half when it's convenient.
