AWFUL CULTURE

Business Outlook

Pros

None at this point. This company is no longer owned by the founder and is being influenced by Warburg Pincus - a private equity company.

Cons

The culture they preach is dead and is no longer followed by the company. They let go of several very talented individuals who were pushing to make things better for their clients and Quantum employees that were not part of the Warburg Pincus vision. They hired Zane Burke as CEO who was a figure head who actually did nothing of value. No one in upper management is willing to put themselves on the line to challenge the status quo.

Simply, look elsewhere

Pros

Decent pay for what would be considered an entry level position.

Cons

At every turn, regardless of your metrics and merit, it is made clear that you may not have a job the next day. Micromanagement. Managers may or may not even know what your role even does. Integration of rudimentary AI systems that only lead to frustrated callers. History of implementing new resources without proper research or integration, leading to catastrophic setbacks. A toxically positive, cultish mentality disguised as a friendly work environment.

Pros

Good PTO, food is decent, WFH options

Cons

They claim to be an equal opportunity employer but they don’t actually post the open positions for people to apply to. Promotions happen based on favoritism, gender, and race. I’ve never seen anything like this in my career ever. They are promise to provide “best in class” benefits but that is clearly not the case.
