Tenure of a lot of people is a great sign. There are career path options in most departments which is always positive. Quench is open to and invites employee feedback to lead change. Offers Core Leadership training across all departments.

Cons

Many roles are remote, so important that associates are self-starters, self-motivated. Pace is fast, lots of changes to improve processes, can be a lot to get used to.
