Pros

Vacation Days Benefits The People are AMAZING

Cons

E V E R Y T H I N G E L S E. The management does not listen. The managers are reactive to problems instead of proactive because they do not LISTEN to the employees that actually deal with the customers every day. Then they create these major time consuming "special projects" to try to correct something that shouldn't be a problem in the first place had they just LISTENED TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. They keep adding more to your plate, which would be fine if they paid us for it. But Account Managers don't even touch $40,000. Like seriously, most Account Managers have second jobs because what they pay is a joke for ALL OF THE WORK WE DO. It's so many problems with the company... the pay, the favoritism, the unfair pay, the unreachable goal requirements, the lack of processes, the lack of care for the customer (proven in the customer reviews), the disorganization. It really takes a toll on your mental health after a while. I understand all companies have problems, but a lot of the problems in this company could be solved if upper management cared about their employees and customers.

Pros

Quench has a lot of great people working them! I have made a lot of friends here and enjoy going to work. The company is really growing which makes it an exciting place to work.

Cons

Growth means busy and sometimes a little too hectic. Some of the system changes have been very frustrating, but at least management is aware and they continue to improve it.

Favoritism and Misleading Management at its finest

Pros

Location, Paid Time Off, Salary,

Cons

Leadership showed favoritism toward senior team members and would discredit opposing opinions no matter if the correct solution was presented. Transparency does not exist between team members and leadership, and leadership has been known to change direction on projects and show favoritism to specific employees. Customer Information is mismanaged and misplaced regularly. Minimal communication to the teams is accepted company wide and one way of thinking is seen as common practice. Customer feedback is rarely taken into account and leadership differences tend to slow down and hinder company performance. Working from home is frowned upon and micro-management is constant.
