Decent place to be

Pros

The company is growing. People are friendly and have strong relationships. They are open to new ideas and perspectives. Leadership cares about success at all levels and takes the time to support and encourage development of talent. Problem solving, results-oriented employees seem to succeed. A person's perception of the company is highly dependent on their relationship with their manager (and there are a number of good ones).

Cons

There are some growing pains, many linked to the increased pressures since going public. There may be opportunity to grow with the company, but it is very male dominated. Can be a little rough around the edges (but generally fair). Not the best place for the anxious or a bleeding heart.

A winner if they tried

Pros

Good benefits, love the people I worked with, learned a lot

Cons

Management micro manages and always focuses on the negative, you are treated more like a high school student than a professional. The executive team does not know or care about the potential the company has and ignores areas to grow the business. I was with Quench a long time and I watched it go from a great company to grow in, to a machine that sucks the life out of it's employees.

Pros

Only thing I can say positive is they are generous with time off, And the schedule allows family time. Nothing more.

Cons

Pay is a joke, never improves, they micro manage, manager over Texas is a joke. Product constantly breaks down due to most of units in field are used
