Pros

Brilliant executive team, lots of nice employees, benefits are pretty good. Mission of the company is great. Office switched to a casual dress code.

Cons

Lots of politics and hiring from within can be slow. Lots the processes are done manually. Would save lots of time if more was self service for the customers.
