Pros

Decent money to start for a call center that takes people without much experience.

Cons

There is much passive aggression among the staff. You have to deal with customers complaining all day.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere. A lot of team building activities. Unlimited amount of water to drink!

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Most are lateral moves. Some members of management do not acknowledge you when walking past. A lot of turnover.
