The different people you get to interact with and meet

Unorganized. To many people wants to be the boss of things and no need to do that when you have people in places to make things much easier for you. Turn over ratio is crazy.

Leadership showed favoritism toward senior team members and would discredit opposing opinions no matter if the correct solution was presented. Transparency does not exist between team members and leadership, and leadership has been known to change direction on projects and show favoritism to specific employees. Customer Information is mismanaged and misplaced regularly. Minimal communication to the teams is accepted company wide and one way of thinking is seen as common practice. Customer feedback is rarely taken into account and leadership differences tend to slow down and hinder company performance. Working from home is frowned upon and micro-management is constant.
