Cons

Not many cons except poor communication sometimes. Departments sometimes struggle to quickly communicate between one another slowing things down

Pros

A fast moving company with a very good company atmosphere. The people here are great, the leadership team is very engaged with the employees, and there are plenty of activities that contribute positively to the the company culture. There is room for growth and opportunity, keeping in mind they hold everyone to a high standard.

Cons

Because of quick growth, there are frequent changes and reorganizations. Must be a flexible and "go-with-the-flow" type to work here.

Pros

Health benefits are amazing. Company van to use for work.

Cons

When I first started, Quench was an amazing company to work for. They understood that I had a less than appealing job responsibility in a market by myself, but they compensated me for it. I was initially offered $20/hr, but they raised it to $23.50 to fill the position that had been empty for the previous 6 months. Lots of driving was included, driving an average of 3-6 hours per day. As the year roled on the continued to add more and more responsibilities to my plate not outlined in my original job description, but they once again offered me a 10% raise. Once Quench bought Waterlogic everything went downhill. They hired on a bunch of the bad idea fairies that caused Waterlogic to fail and started adapting a lot of their policies. OT was completely severed and I went from working 50-55 hour weeks to 40, but still expected to do the same amount of work. Mind you half of my 8 hour day was driving across the state to get to the site to complete my work. Everytime I brought up my daily struggles it was shrugged of and labeled a "one off" situation. They were doing everything to reduse operating costs that they hired a third party company to analyze employee wages. The third party company decided I was making too much for my position, and Quench decided not to give me a raise this year. One Monday morning, I was met by my manager and was told they decided to part ways. He said he didn't know why, he was just told to tell be and collect my equipment. This is a company who is hemorrhaging money due to understaffing and lack of customer service causing client to cancel their service agreements.
