Pros

It's a fast-growing company with a real interest in promoting from within and investing in employee's career development. Senior management is very approachable. Pays well. Work hard, play hard ethic. Making great strategic moves to provide customers the best products, the best service, and the best experience. They really do care about environmental sustainability. I love working for a company that provides a product and service I believe in.

Cons

I have no complaints so far.
