Pros

I guess the benefits package was decent ... nothing special The only reason there are words here is because it made me put something here. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. I had an absolutely horrible experience working here.

Cons

Cold and depressing office environment Terrible local executive leadership (VP) No alignment among executive team Completely disorganized No leadership, no forecasting, no goals, no direction, only criticism for not meeting goals that haven't been communicated No onboarding program ... no plan for new leaders

Demanding Job with Low Pay

Business Outlook

Pros

Company is flexible, will work with you & your schedule. Generous PTO. Flexibility to work literally from anywhere in the US. Take your laptop and work out of wherever you desire. Health Insurance is AMAZING.

Cons

Pay is low. Company demands a LOT for a $19/hr pay & that's labeled as "Salary" because company doesn't believe in Overtime.Beyond stressful job. Management changes constantly. Huge turnover rate. No option for "Daily Pay". Raises are around 1-2%. Which is a JOKE. No quarterly bonus. Only yearly. No reimbursement for Internet. Hard to advance. Management doesn't really care about your future.

Culture Problems

Pros

It's easy to understand the business. You sell water coolers.

Cons

Overworked. Underpaid. Re-orged twice in 1 year. High employee turnover. Terrible computer system. Managers don't want to change the way they work, just fix numbers on a report.
