      Pros

      People will go out of their way to introduce themselves to you, know your name, or simply say good morning, even if you are not working in the office full time. Remote capabilities and TRUST to do your job. No micromanaging. Management is transparent, professional, and approachable. The CEO personally showed up to the welcome meeting and met with us for more than just a hand shake. She walks the walk. Access to the gym in the basement on days when you do go into the office, and you are encouraged to get up from your desk and reset for ten-twenty minutes a day, not including your lunch.

      Cons

      Lunch break is only half an hour, not really time to run to the store if you need too.

      Great organization for people who care about culture!

      Pros

      This company truly feels like a family. I've always felt encouraged, motivated and challenged. The CEO truly cares about each individual team member - sending holiday-themed gifts, messages and sentiments throughout the year. I currently work remote but have the option to go into the office so it's a super flexible work/life balance. The leadership team is also extremely transparent about company financials, goals, projects, making you feel tightly woven into the success of the company! Cannot say enough good things about this organization.

      Cons

      Because the company is fairly small, there are only so many management/leadership positions you can grow into.

I know I say this a lot on interviews and during onboarding but I think it's true - we are a relatively small company, but a growing company and hopefully in the future more opportunities for management and leadership will become available! We love promoting from within!

      Great place to work. Incredible people to work with. Culture is unbeatable.

      Cons

      Limited the amount of people able to take off on the same day. Understandable but it caused some issues with life work balance. May have changed since I left.
