      Family owned CE small business with beautiful office space in Research Park!

      Pros

      -Company really cares about its employees and takes care to make the work culture fun and kind of like home with games, contests, and a fully kitchen. -Teams become close

      Cons

      -limited room for growth as company is small and centralized and VPs are owner's sons with small hierarchy below them. They do try to create levels within teams and try to promote people when possible. -Teams are small so taking time off can be difficult depending on the team.

      Very nice office and office perks - a workout center, plenty of complimentary snacks & beverages, a daily walk break, friendly co-workers. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely tedious and boring job. No diversity in employees.

      I started my career at Quest CE doing data entry as a Client Services Specialist and I can agree that sometimes the work was a little monotonous. Data entry at its core is extremely important but as you put it, tedious. We try to offer some variety of work throughout the different departments by offering cross training but if it is the busy season, and stacks of sheets are rolling in, it can get old. Thank you for being a part of that team though, your work was appreciated!
