I Good job while you work on something better

Pros

-My supervisors are respectful of me and considerate when "life things" pop up. -There's always something to do -College reimbursement is great so long as you're working on a major that they can hire you for ($5000 per year reimbursement) -I'm pretty much left alone to do my job.

Cons

-Pay is terrible (you can't afford an apartment and need food stamps to get by) -sometimes you work hard so others can work less -Goals keep getting moved on the processors and it makes them look bad when they plateau even though they're processing the company expectations

This is a good stepping stone job to get yourself out of retail or food service work.

Cons

Depending on your department, you could be in an excellent work environment or a hellish-chaotic work environment. My first year was fantastic, but then I had to switch department and after that my experience was downhill for the next 3 years.
