Friendly coworkers and management. Hiring process was pretty straightforward and I started pretty quickly. The pay rate is ok for the area and could be better.

Cons

I work the night shift which is rough and it seems that is when a lot of the work gets done. Medical Technologist are stressed so they put pressure on the lower staff.

401, stock(if it goes up), vacation ok.

Cons

No more goal sharing, pay sucks, tech management are fools, expect you to produce every second without pride in your work, LOM-QOM Is a joke.

Pros

Benefits are competitive. Low amount of layoffs with frontline staff (because there is no need with a turnover so high, they continuously find better jobs outside of the company) Size: you can grow within this company if you are willing to consider all locations. Competitive pay (the trap).

Cons

Unprofessional management. Management by scolding and belittling employees and other management was supposed to have phased out decades ago. More time spent passing blame than solving problems (most problems structural as well as the above mentioned). Employees (management) with poor performance not being pushed to improve, not being held accountable for goals or even minimum standards.
