      Pros

      Job in itself is simple and emotionally rewarding, you actually feel like you're making a difference. Managers in Quest are amazing people with whom you can talk with no issues and they are always there to help. Hours of work are amazing as well.

      Cons

      Only downside is the wage which is only suitable if you're just starting in office administration or this is your first job in Ireland.

      Micro management Not allowed mobiles because they think everyone uses mobile in working time No proper response from the facilities Overall it’s kind of private school environment
